    <h2>ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT</h2>
    <p>
      This Distance Sales Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through www.deriza.com and establishes the rights and obligations of the parties arising from such transaction.
    </p>
    <p>
      The Agreement is governed by Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts and other applicable consumer legislation.
    </p>
  </section>

  <section>
    <h2>ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT, PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY</h2>

    <p><strong>3.1.</strong> The type, quantity, brand/model, colour, size or measurements, personalization details, price including taxes, shipping cost, payment method and total order amount are stated in the order summary and pre-contract information approved by the BUYER.</p>

    <p><strong>3.2.</strong> Instalment, interest and other financial conditions applied by the issuing bank are governed by the agreement between the BUYER and the relevant bank.</p>

    <p><strong>3.3.</strong> The SELLER shall deliver the products within the delivery period stated during checkout and within the maximum period prescribed by applicable law.</p>

    <p><strong>3.4.</strong> Shipping charges are displayed before the order is completed. Where a free-shipping campaign applies, the applicable delivery costs are covered by the SELLER in accordance with the campaign terms.</p>

  </section>

  <section>
    <h2>ARTICLE 4 - NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GENUINE LEATHER</h2>

    <p>Genuine leather is a natural material. Minor natural variations may therefore occur even between products of the same model and colour.</p>

    <ul>
      <li><strong>Surface and texture:</strong> Natural pores, grain, creases and small surface variations may form part of the natural character of leather.</li>
      <li><strong>Colour:</strong> Minor shade differences may occur due to natural leather and dye absorption characteristics.</li>
      <li><strong>Use:</strong> Genuine leather may soften, adapt to use and develop changes in surface character over time.</li>
      <li><strong>Digital displays:</strong> Screen settings and device calibration may cause minor differences between displayed and actual colours.</li>
    </ul>

    <p>
      Such natural characteristics do not in themselves constitute a defect. The BUYER's statutory rights remain unaffected where a product does not conform to the qualities stated in the order, product description or applicable consumer legislation.
    </p>
  </section>

  <section>
    <h2>ARTICLE 5 - BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS</h2>

    <p><strong>5.1.</strong> Before placing the order, the BUYER confirms having reviewed the essential product characteristics, total price, payment and delivery conditions, withdrawal rights and pre-contract information.</p>

    <p><strong>5.2.</strong> The BUYER is responsible for providing accurate delivery, billing and contact information.</p>

    <p><strong>5.3.</strong> Where visible transportation damage exists, the BUYER is advised to record the damage with the carrier where reasonably possible. Failure to obtain such a report does not remove statutory rights relating to defective goods.</p>
  </section>

  <section>
    <h2>ARTICLE 6 - SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS</h2>

    <p><strong>6.1.</strong> The SELLER shall deliver the ordered product complete and in conformity with the essential characteristics stated at the time of purchase.</p>

Çiçek Desenli Kız Çocuk Keten Dokulu Eşarp Yeşil

No, the fabric is polyester. Linen-textured describes the surface, not the fibre content. Keep that distinction in mind if you specifically want a linen scarf.

Is the fabric linen?

This is the dark green version with a floral print. It is an option for adding a pattern to a plain-coloured outfit.

What colour and pattern does it have?

It is a square scarf measuring 80 × 80 cm. Use those dimensions to decide whether it suits the way you want to tie it.

How big is the scarf?

This scarf is designed for girls. Rather than choosing by age alone, consider its dimensions, how you want to tie it and your child’s comfort.

How do I know if it will fit my child?

It is intended for all seasons. Consider your local weather and where you plan to use it when choosing.

What season can I use it in?

Follow the label for washing and ironing. Avoid scrubbing the print, and check the label before using bleach.

How do I clean it?

This product is dispatched in approximately 1 business day. This is the preparation time before dispatch, not delivery to your address. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

When will my order be dispatched?

For Deriza.com orders delivered within Türkiye, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving a standard, non-personalised product. Open a request in “My Orders” or email destek@deriza.com. We cover eligible return/exchange shipping through our designated carrier and shipment of the replacement. For international or marketplace orders, check the conditions of the relevant sales channel.

How do I request a return or exchange?
